USGA Handicap System Licensing Program for Clubs

The USGA Handicap System Licensing Program for Clubs is a requirement for all clubs in the US wishing to utilize the USGA Handicap System. If a club is a member club of the KPGA and you use our Golfnet Handicapping Service, then the member club must sign an agreement with the KPGA. Any independent golf club that is not part of the KPGA or an authorized golf association and wished to utilize any apsect of the USGA Handicap System must be licensed directly through the USGA.
