Junior Age Limit and Divisions
Division A
Boys or Girls 18 - 20: Open to young men and women who will not reach their 21st birthday before August 1, 2012.
Division B
Boys or Girls 15 - 17: Open to young men and women who will not reach their 18th birthday before August 1, 2012.
Division C
Boys or Girls 12 - 14: Open to young men and women who will not reach their 15th birthday before August 1, 2012.
Minimum Age
You must have reached your 13th birthday on or before the date of the event you have selected.
Division A

Boys or Girls 15 - 17: Open to young men and women who will not reach their 18th birthday before August 1, 2012.
Division C
Boys or Girls 12 - 14: Open to young men and women who will not reach their 15th birthday before August 1, 2012.

Awards
Event winner awards will be given to medalist, first runner-up, and second runner-up in each Division at each Tournament.
Caddies / Carts / Spectators
- Competitors are NOT allowed to use caddies or power carts at any level of competition.
- Pull carts are permitted.
- Spectators, parents, and coaches will be permitted only at golf holes immediately bordering the clubhouse.
- Spectators, parents, and coaches are NOT permitted to accompany competitors on the course.
- NO spectator, parent, or coach is permitted on the course.
Cancellations
Entries will be accepted until qualifiers are FULL. If the qualifiers are full and entrance is closed, your check will be marked canceled and returned with a note of explanation.
Once a qualifier is filled NO REFUNDS will be given for that qualifier. NO REFUNDS will be given after 5:00 pm June 1, 2012.
There is a Refund Processing Fee of $5.00 per qualifier.

Code of Conduct
State associations will be using the Code of Conduct (COC) for junior players again this year. This was agreed to by the following golfing Pennsylvania organizations:
- Keystone's Premier Golf Association
- Western Pennsylvania Golf Association
- Tri-State Section Professional Golf Assoc.
- Philadelphia Section Professional Golf Assoc.
- Its purpose is to help all participants grow and mature by understanding and accepting the consequences of their actions.
Cumulative Point System

The Three (3) top total point winners from each Division in each Region (plus ties) will be eligible to attend the State Championship Finals, Monday, July 23, 2011 at Birdsfoot Golf Club, in Freeport, Pa. All participants will earn points in each event. Points are awarded based on the competitors placement in the field.
Winners will have their names inscribed on the P.J. Boatwright, Jr. Challenge Cup and will receive a personal replica of the Cup.
Competitors are permitted to enter any of the tournaments. All points earned will accumulate to the Home Region as determined by zip code. If you elect to play in two tournaments in the same week, only the points earned in your Home Region will count toward the final.
The Keystone's Premier Golf Association Tournament Committee will decide final field size for the Challenge Cup.

A Special Fee Package at a cost of $140.00 for seven (6) tournaments, is available if paid by:
