Cancellations

Entries will be accepted until qualifiers are FULL. If the qualifiers are full and entrance is closed, your check will be marked canceled and returned with a note of explanation.

Once a qualifier is filled NO REFUNDS will be given for that qualifier. NO REFUNDS will be given after 5:00 pm Monday, May 25, 2009.

There is a Refund Processing Fee of $5.00 per qualifier.
