Junior Participants Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  1. Filling out the form completely.
  2. Returning the completed form with a check and buiness size, self-addressed, stamped envelope.
  3. Contacting your Tournament Director for tee times.
  4. Adhering to the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Player's Notification.
